November 10-14 are the dates this year for the National League of Cities "Congress of Cities" annual meeting.  The meeting takes place in San Antonio this year and will feature more than 30 workshops on topics designed to help municipalities "survive and thrive" with some directed at policy makers and others created especially for those who implement programs.  The NLC  Leadership Training Institute will also offer more than 20 seminars offering in depth professional and skills training.
