The National League of Cities has unveiled a new tool for communities.  The Center for Research and Innovation has been developed to provide cities with tools and resources to expand local efforts to improve and strengthen communities.  The Center will cover four program areas: community development and infrastructure; finance and economic development; immigrant integration; and sustainability.  Not unlike the League's own Center for 21st Century Communities the center is another avenue for communities to look to as they work to create vibrant places for the next 50 years.
