The Municipal Partnership Act legislation, SB 8, was not voted on by the House before they adjourned late last night. This legislation would create another option for local units of government looking to consoildate or share services.

We understand there are some potential amendments to the legislation that couldn't be ironed out entirely last night, so there will be meetings on this issue in the coming weeks.
