This afternoon the House passed SBs 8 and 9, the Municipal Partnership Act.

These bills allow local units of government to create new joint endeavors to share services and provide an additional tool for our members to use to cooperate and save money.

The Senate is expected to concur later this afternoon, and the bills will then head to the Governor for his signature.
