Last night the House approved SBs 485-492, bills that would prohibit communities from implementing minimum staffing levels through charters or ordinance.
The bills were amended from the Senate-passed versions to take out the word "resolution". This would allow communities to adopt minimum staffing levels through resolutions.
This legislation will head back to the Senate for concurrance on July 13.
