In a letter dated February 4, 2009, we have received word that MDOT is looking for local bridge projects for funding through the Local Bridge Program.  Selected projects would recieve funding for Fiscal Year 2012.  The full letter and application packet can be found at: http://www.michigan.gov/documents/mdot/mdot_Call_for_Applications_2007_185837_7.pdf.

It's important to remember that bridge replacement, rehabilitiation, or preventive maintenance projects are eligible for funding and that each agency is limted to a total of 5 applications only.  All applications must be postmarked no later than June 1, 2009.
