I received a call today from Steve Cook of the Michigan Liquor Control Commission (MLCC).  He told me that, due to the late inclusion of the report in the budget, there is no form for reporting requirements.  He said they are looking for the number of inspections and walk-throughs that the police departments do, education programs that communities participate with (including DARE), when controlled buys are done, MIPs/OUILs and anything that touches liquor law enforcement or liquor education, etc.  The more MLCC gets, the better...and the more likely communities are to maintain the grant.  Anyone who has questions can call him at (517) 322-1383.
