HB 5014, which was a supplemental appropriations bill, passed on the last day of session and made a tweak to the EVIP program. The issue is the change of the due date for the 1st component - the dashboard and citizens guide. The due date was changed form October 1st to December 1st to accomodate a few communities who achieved the goals, but missed sending the materials into Treasury by the deadline.
