The legislature returns to Lansing this week for what will likely be the last week of session for this lame duck season.  The League has many bills we are pushing for including (but certainly not limited to) the transit oriented development package, Brownfield reform package and a town gown DDA piece among many others.  League staff will keep you informed of all the happenings this week through the blog and of course, next week’s Legislative LINK.
