Yesterday, League CEO and Executive Director Dan Gilmartin was a speaker at the Capital as part of the Land Policy Institute's ongoing series on placemaking.
At the event, Dan did a great job talking about the need to have viable, attractive communities where people want to live as a cornerstone to Michigan's economic turnaround. He spoke about the League's efforts to
promote and create Michigan communities where college graduates want to live, work and play.
Dan was also honored by LPI Director, Dr. Soji Adelaja for his work and his being invited to speak at the forum once again recognizes his and the League's efforts as a leader in placemaking initiatives.
