In PA 312 negotiations right now?

At our region meetings this spring I spoke to a number of City Managers who were currently involved in PA 312 arbitration. As I'm sitting here preparing for this afternoon's and future workgroups, I'm wondering how many of our communities are currently in a PA 312 negotiation or have been recently? One of the things legislators hear from the unions is that this really only effects a few cities -- Wyoming, Taylor, Detroit, Grand Rapids.  We all know that just isn't the case.
