This morning the House Local Government Committee passed HB 4777, a bill that amending PERA (Public Employment Relations Act). This bill would make the creation of an authority a prohibited subject of bargaining.

The Senate's version passed the full Senate yesterday, and we expect one of these bills will be headed toward the Governor's desk before the summer break.
