Hooray for Friday (and online public notices)

I've had a lot of calls about the progress of legislation to allow public notices online. There has not been a bill introduced yet. I have a meeting on Tuesday with the potential sponsor and the bill drafted from the Legislative Services Bureau to iron out the details of what we need to do specifically.  Basically this is a procedural issue at this point. We're likely going to need multiple bills, and we need to make sure we get these bills drafted with the correct language. So we're moving forward. I'm hopeful to get something introduced in the coming weeks.
