Health Care Reform - Impact on locals

With health care reform now the law of the land, comes the task of analyzing what it all means. And deciphering its impact on local governments as employers will be no less difficult than examining what it means for individuals. 

In what is assuredly the first of a series of memo's and white papers, National League of Cities staff takes their first shot (see document below).  The League will continue to pass on information as it is received as we look to determine the impact on our members.
