Next Tuesday, October 25th at 1:00 the Senate General Government Subcommittee on Appropriations is having a hearing to give local governments the opportunity to discuss the newly created EVIP program which replaced statutory revenue sharing this year. If you have had issues complying or have concerns about the three part certification process at any level, you can come testfy about your experience or raise your concerns. At this point, Tuesday is the only set hearing. Please let us know if you'd like any more information regarding coming to testify.
