The Detroit Chapter of the US Green Building Council is hosting a free seminar on Monday, September 17th on LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) and the benefits of green building for municipalities.  Participants will learn what the benefits are to the LEED certification program, how to take action to encourage green building and what other communities are doing about it.  Seating is limited.  If you wish to attend, you must register by September 8th by contacting Elena Shelef at 248-353-0735, extension 19.
