The recent debate between Democratic candidates for governor, Mayor Virg Bernero of Lansing and House Speaker Andy Dillon is now available for viewing through the League sponsored "Great Debates" project.
The "Great Debates" project is a collaborative effort co-sponsored by the League and 19 other statewide organizations, hosted by the Center for Michigan. Our coalition has now succeeded in hosting gubernatorial debates for both parties which are also available for viewing.
Next up, the project is preparing to launch 50 statewide legislative debates immediately after the primary and we'll also work to bring you general election gubernatorial debates as well. Each candidate has also received a candidate issue guide featuring information on each of the organizations involved in the coalition.
