Following up on the Governor's recent signing of the new Complete Streets law (PA 134 & 135), a number of communities have requested information on what the new law means to them. 

The attached document is an attempt to summarize this new legislation by providing a little background on the issue and explaining the key provisions of the new law.  There are also a number of articles that chronicle the development and passage of this legislation here on Inside 208.  Please review this information and let me know if you have any questions.
