The Citizens Research Council created a webinar explaining some of the aspects of Governor Snyder’s budget proposal.  It focused on some of the broad public policy questions the proposal raises.  The webinar provides an overview of the proposed changes to Michigan’s tax structure and the potential restructuring of the general revenue sharing program.  It also looks into education funding and the changes happening there.  To view the webinar, click here.
