Yesterday both chambers considered fireworks legislation. The full Senate passed HB 4293, legislation that would legalize aerial fireworks.

The House Regulatory Reform Committee approved SB 194, the Senate bill that amends Michigan's Criminal Procedure Code to accommodate changes made by HB 4293.

The full House will consider SB 194 today.
