report was released yesterday that once again shows Michigan's business tax burden is not as onerous as some would have you believe, ranking 22nd among the states even accounting for the new Michigan Business Tax. And the author of the report, Patrick Anderson of the
Anderson Economic Group was quoted as saying that taxes are not ".... the primary reason for [location] decisions,....they're not even second." It's what the
