Broadband funding applications now available

Applications for broadband projects under Round 2 of the Recovery Act are now being taken and will be accepted until March 15th at 5 pm. Applications and application guides are available through the broadbandusa website.  

Broadband funding under the Recovery Act is a once in a lifetime opportunity for local communities to get connected and provide opportunities for residents and business alike so take advantage of one-day workshops being held around the state geared toward preparing local officials with applying for this next round of broadband funding. Arnold Weinfeld covers federal issues for the Michigan Municipal League.
