The federal departments of Agriculture and Commerce have announced an extension, to August 20th at 5 pm, for the filing of applications under the Broadband Initiatives and Broadband Technology Opportunities programs.  This is the first round of funding being made available for these programs under the Recovery Act.    broadband Extension Notice.pdf (19.81 kb)
