ARRA Risk Management Policy Released

Part of the American Recovery & Reinvestment Act (ARRA) requires that each state’s department of transportation (in our case – MDOT) work with their local Federal Highway Administration office to jointly determine the level of oversight involved with local projects that receive ARRA funding.  This Joint Risk Management Plan has been finalized by MDOT and has been given to the League and can be found here(Mich ARRA RMP.doc (63.50 kb)).  Members are urged to review this plan and share it with their transportation infrastructure employees.  If you have any questions, please contact Dave Worthams.
