Last week, House Democrats outlined possible cuts to the 2010 budget - including a cut to statutory revenue sharing of $90 million! This represents a 25% cut to the total statutory portion. The General Government budget is still in the Senate, but the House Democratic caucus laid out the cuts last week as a solution to the growing deficit facing the State in light of last month's revenue estimating conference.
