$200 million off in two months???

So I have been out of the office for a few days. Today I am catching up and what do I read...one of the fiscal agencies has stated that the State is off $200 million with January and February collections based on the Janurary Revenue Estimating Conference. $200 million? In two months?? Obviously...you do the math...that's as much as Billion dollars that could be short over the course of the year. That is a LOT of money people. A Negative Supplemental is certainly on the way. Between that news and everything I am catching up on with the autos...I am feeling like I need another vacation.
