The Michigan Economic Development Corporation (MEDC) and the Michigan Department of Natural Resources and Environment (DNRE) announced the 2010 Brownfield Redevelopment Workshops.
They will be held at four locations throughout the state during May and June. Each of the four workshops will have a unique focus; however, all are intended to provide a better understanding of Brownfield redevelopment in Michigan. They are:
- “An In-Depth Review of Brownfield Redevelopment,” on May 3, 2010, in Mount Pleasant.
- “Advanced Topics in Brownfield Administration,” on May 4, 2010, in Livonia.
- “Brownfield Basics,” on May 12, 2010, in Kalamazoo.
- “Putting It All Together” on June 23, 2010, in Escanaba.
